Creamy Pasta Recipe :
Pasta of your choice boiled in salted water&set aside, i used penne.
Meat of your choice; cubed chicken breast/prawn/salmon fillet, i used minced meat here,
2 garlic cloves chopped,
chopped big onion,
some salad onion sliced,
chopped parsley,
sliced mushrooms,
about 400ml of double cream,
grated parmesan cheese,
olive oil and salt+pepper.
 1. Heat pot w some olive oil, medium-low heat, add in garlic and onion, cook till onions soften(abt 5-10mins)
2.add in meat till its cooked, mix well w the onions. Add in the mushrooms and salad onions, mix.
3. Add in the double cream, increase the heat a lil, should begin to bubble and thicken.
4. Add some parmesan cheese, up to you how much, i didnt put that much.(Add some fresh milk if its too thick)
5. Add the parsley, i used a lot cause its so yummy, salt and pepper to taste, and dry herbs if you want.
6. Pour sauce over pasta, mix, garnish w more parsley and cheese if you want and you’re good to go! :)

IF you’re the type you get easily sick of cheesy saucy thick food, don’t put so much cheese, or just cancel it out completely, your choice. And/OR add more black pepper :)

Chocolate Fudge Pie
This is honestly one of the best things I have EVER made—and it’s healthy!
1 package silken or firm tofu (such as 12.3 oz Mori-Nu or Mori-Nu lite)
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk of choice
scant 1/8 tsp salt
8 to 10 oz chocolate chips (a little over 1 and 1/3c or more)
2-3 tablespoons agave or other sweetener (When I make this just for me, I omit)
optional: extracts, flavorings, or liqueurs
Melt the chocolate (either on the stove or in the microwave), then throw everything into a food processor and blend until super-smooth. Pour into a pie crust if desired. Fridge until chilled. This gets firmer and firmer, the longer it sits. (It’s firmer if you use firm tofu and more like mousse pie if you use silken.)

I have seen a few posts around the net lately about women not knowing whether they should wear the hijab or not. My answer to all of them is to wait until you are ready.

It took me 3 years to decide to wear it, and I started just by wearing cardigans over my shirts, then no…
